Step 1 - Deliver Your Information

Upload your site maps or building layouts to help our team accurately map and configure your system. Preferred file formats include PDF, JPEG, or GIF.
(If these documents are not available, no problem—we’ll use satellite imaging based on your facility address to get started.)

Step 2 - Chose Your Payment Arrangement
Submit your payment for system customization, training and subscription below.
You may chose monthly or annual payments for the recurring subscription. If you need something more customized, our team is happy to help. Contact us directly @ 888-277-2256 to discuss.
Step 3 - Download Your End-User Agreement
With the email/information provided below, our team will securely deliver a customized end-user agreement. Once that is obtained, your system is able to be live at any time.

Step 4 - GET YOUR CODE
The Alert-COM team will deliver the exclusive and secure 6 digit code required for the application to properly build on your mobile device. This code will be delivered to the email address provided in Step 1.
***While there are times we may be able to deliver this same-day, within a couple of hours, please allow up to 48 business hours for this notification. If you have any question while waiting, please email support@apstechno.com and refer to the date of your online request.
Step 5 - DOWNLOAD Alert-COM
Download by searching "Alert-COM" from the Apple Store, Google Play Store or anywhere your device obtains applications. (Many try to copy what we've built, be careful to see the trusted Eagle Head logo!)
- Create an account. Use a unique password. (APS does NOT retain passwords. You will need the email you use for the account for future password resets. For security reasons, losing your password and email will disable your account.)
- Once you've created your account and logged in, you will be asked to enter a 6 digit code. This is the code that will have been emailed to you directly from Alert Protection Services. if you have not received this code within 48 business hours, contact us at support@apstechno.com or 888-277-2256.
FINAL Step - TEST YOUR SYSTEM
Once you and your team have successfully downloaded the application and entered your codes, conduct live test on all devices involved.
