· Messages, feedback, support requests, and other communication with APS

APS uses the collected data for the following purposes:

· Provide and maintain functionality of the Alert-COM App

· Notify users when they enter or exit a protected zone

· Ensure accurate delivery of alerts

· Analyze usage and improve user experience

· Troubleshoot and support

· Send updates, notices, and promotional content (with user consent)

APS does not sell your personal data. However, we may share information with:

· Authorized public safety organizations (for critical alerts)

· Service providers for hosting, analytics, and support

· Legal authorities when required

All shared information is minimized to only what is necessary for the specific purpose.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy or as required by law. 

· Account data is retained until deletion

· Location data is stored temporarily for geofencing

· Communications are retained for up to 24 months

APS uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data, including:

· HTTPS encryption

· Secure cloud infrastructure

· Role-based access controls

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to: 

· Request access to your personal data

· Correct or update information

· Request deletion of account and data

· Opt-out of promotional communications

Our App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we discover that such data has been collected, it will be deleted immediately upon discovery. 

We may update this policy periodically. Updates will be posted in the App and at https://dashboard.alert-com.com/privacy_policy. Changes are effective when posted unless noted otherwise.
